SHIPPING

Shipping fees will be applied and can be expedited if necessary. See all costs at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $75

Expedited shipping will begin after the 48 hour processing time. We understand a lip emergency, so we will try our best to get your product made before the 48 hour window.

We do not accept APO/FPO or PO Box addresses for delivery.

 

TRACKING

When your order has shipped, we’ll email you your tracking number. Lip Service Xo is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or shipping clerical errors. Generally, UPS Ground arrives in 3 to 5 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please select 2-day or Next Day Air service. 

 

RETURNS

Didn’t love your lippy? It happens! However, customized products (besides the base) and sale items are never returnable. 

Please email bff@lipservicexo.com within 72 hours of receiving your lip product with the reason for your return. We’ll email you an authorization code and return shipping label. Package your item securely and ship it within 7 days of the original delivery date.

 

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your return item(s), we will email you with a code you will add at checkout to see your online store credit applied.
