HOW LONG WILL THE SERVICES TAKE?
Thats a tough one. Everyone is so different, but we estimate that each service will take just under an hour. Now, we may go over just a little bit, but we'll definitely be having so much fun, time will just fly by.
LIp bar:
custom lipstick takes about 25-30 minutes - you will leave with your lipstick at the end of session.
Custom lip gloss takes about 15 minutes from start to end.
CAN I USE MY OWN MASCARA?
Absolutely! We understand you have your favorites. So do we!
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR AND MAKEUP LAST?
Our experts have all sorts of tricks up our sleeves to ensure your makeup will last longer than you do! We also highly recommend upgrading your makeup application service by adding the airbrush foundation option. Hello! Flawless and long lasting? Yes please!
WILL MY NEW BFF TRY AND SELL ME PRODUCTS?
Don't count on it! If you have any questions about specific products, we will only give you our honest opinions about the products you may need or want. We believe that all product lines have something great to offer, as you will see in our kits.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC TIMES THAT LIP SERVICE IS AVAILABLE?
Nope! We are here whenever/where ever you need us! Maybe we will be your best friend after all. Just kidding!

CAN I CHOOSE MY BFF?
Just like in real life, the answer is yes! However there may be a time when your preferred BFF Is already booked. But don't sweat it! We have chosen a team of experts that can take care of your every need. Also, we ask that you not attempt to book your BFF outside of LIP SERVICE. Now lets have some fun!

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Sure do! We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes without charge. Cancellations within 12-24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, with balance to be used as credit towards next glam session. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice of the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee. Appointment locations cannot be changed without advanced notice and approval from LIP SERVICE beauty concierge.
LIP BAR:
We do not offer refunds on pre-booked sessions, However, we will offer a store credit for a future date.
DOES LIP SERVICES DO PARTIES?
YES PLEASE! We love a beauty party! You bring the girls, we'll bring the champagne! And our traveling vanity of course! Email us at for quotes.

HOW WILL I PAY?
You can book via our website by adding your desired services to your cart and checkout, much like buying shoes online. Or you can shoot us an email or give us a call/text and we can send an invoice via email that allows you to settle with a card of your choice. Either way is great by us!
